Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentu (EB) Nr. 397/2009 (OL 2006 L 126, p. 3), 14–15 straipsniuose nustatytas funkcijas; jungtinis techninis sekretoriatas, atliekantis ERPF reglamento 14 straipsnio 1 dalyje nustatytas funkcijas; Lietuvos Respublikos vidaus reikalų ministerija, koordinuojanti Europos teritorinio bendradarbiavimo tikslo programų įgyvendinimą Lietuvoje.
